TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Subscription

Upon subscribing, you will have access to the Origins Curriculum K-5service, which will renew on a monthly basis until canceled.

2. Trial Period

Your first month of the subscription serves as a trial period, during which you can decide whether or not to continue. If you choose to cancel during this period, you will lose access to your dashboard at the end of the month, and no further content will be provided. You may cancel at any time. If cancellation occurs after the trial period ends, the subscription will continue for the next billing cycle. *You may also pause your subscription, which will pause both payments and access. Upon resumption, your subscription will continue where it left off without requiring another trial period. During the trial period, you can request a tour/onboarding call or watch an introductory video.

3. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your subscription You may cancel from the client portal at anytime by accessing your profile settings in the top right corner, under Manage Subscriptions. If you would like to temporarily pause your subscription you may request a pause by filling out our Pause subscription Form at originscurriculum.com under "Contact" If we receive your request fewer than seven (7) business days before your renewal date, your cancellation will take effect after the next billing cycle, and you will retain access for that additional period.

1. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital and downloadable content, refunds or credits are not permitted.

2. Access

Upon subscribing, you will gain immediate access to the first month of the curriculum. If you continue beyond the trial period, you will receive access to the remaining 11 months of the curriculum on a month-by-month basis, with new content released every 30 days.

By using our service, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. If changes are made, we will post the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of the service after modifications constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
